This is our home office. I need help! I would like to get a new desk and everything I have looked is super expensive. So as it sits I am using my old kitchen table as my computer desk. Does anyone have any ideas on something that would look good and not cost a fortune? On the other side of the room its completely bare and I would like a chair and a table with a lamp or something. Does anyone know of any second hand stores or somewhere cheap and classy? I need help?

I think it looks like you are doing a great job. I love your wall treatment and your hutch is gorgeous. Your old kitchen table actually looks like it would work really well for a desk. You could just re-tile it or do a wood insert and stain or paint it if you want. You have a talented husband for stuff like that, don't you?! I guess it depends on it if is the right height with your chair too for typing or not. I know RC Willey has their scratch and dent section. I've never found anything good, but I know people who have. There is mattress outlet store in Riverdale just north of babies r us, that I found a dresser at that I love and they will usually lower the price even more if you ask. RC Willey also has a wearhouse in SLC that you can get great deals at. My sister and mom have been there. I think it is kind of by the airport. Then the Downeast Outfitters in Layton and there is one in Ogden are good places to find furniture sometimes. Anyway, I think it looks great. I have a piece of crap desk in my bedroom until we finish our basement and move it down there. Someday I'll have a nice office like you!
